HerRoots Refund & Return Policy
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of your order date for unopened products only. Our refund policy is designed for customers who purchased multiple units and decided they no longer need the additional unopened bottles. It is not a "trial" policy for single-bottle purchases.
To qualify for a return:

You must have purchased a 2-pack or more.

The product(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging with the safety seal intact.

The return request must be made within 30 days of your original order date.

Single-pack orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
❌ No Returns on Opened Products For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. Once the seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
Refunds Once your return is received at our NYC hub and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items If your product arrived damaged or defective from our manufacturer, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return Do not "Return to Sender" or mail items back without prior approval. To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team:

The reason for the return.

A photo showing that the products you are returning are still sealed/unopened.
Important Notes

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

The 30-day window begins the moment your order is placed.

Returns received outside of the 30-day window will not be processed.
