PROCESSING & HANDLING

All HerRoots products are made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness.

Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 48 hours.

Once production is complete (usually 2–5 business days), your order is shipped directly from our manufacturing partner.
SHIPPING RATES

Domestic (USA): We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $40.

International: We ship worldwide! International rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping can be expensive and delivery times vary by destination.

Customs: International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes.
TRACKING

Every order includes a tracking number. This will be emailed to you automatically as soon as the shipping label is created. Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to show activity after the email is sent.
REFUNDS & RETURNS (30-DAY POLICY)

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we maintain a strict hygiene policy.

Eligible Orders: We only offer refunds on orders of two (2) packs or more.

Single Packs: Single-pack purchases are final sale.

Window: You must contact us at Herrootsinc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error, please send us a photo of the product and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement through our manufacturer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HerRoots is not responsible for packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not delivered), contact us immediately.
