SECTION 3 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY Due to the ingestible nature of our products, our refund policy is strictly limited. We offer refunds only on orders consisting of two (2) packs or more. Single-pack purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. For eligible orders, please contact support to initiate the process in accordance with our full Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, color and appearance may differ based on your device settings. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS & BILLING When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. You represent that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer products to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and HerRoots, including any injury or loss resulting from products.
